Welcome to the International Criminal Defence Attorneys Association
The International Criminal Defence Attorneys Association (ICDAA) was created in 1997 as a non-profit organization incorporated in Canada with headquarters in Montréal, Québec, Canada. We are also incorporated as a non profit organization in the U.S.A.
We provide a voice for defence lawyers in the international criminal justice system. We focus on vigorous advocacy for fair trial rights as well as the protection against arbitrary arrest, detention, torture and inhumane conditions of detention internationally. More »
